First meeting
We begin by getting to know you, your needs and your ideas. We look at your wardrobe — its colours, size and style — and discuss what is missing for work or leisure. We can then recommend pieces that combine easily with what you already own. Even a small number of new garments can create many outfit combinations and refresh your wardrobe. You can personalise each piece with individual details or a monogram. We take your measurements and discuss any special requirements so that the clothes feel like a second skin. You can buy pieces individually or plan a whole wardrobe with us. Gradual financing is also available if you prefer to spread the cost; the monthly amount depends on the pieces you choose.
In 4 weeks
Four weeks after you place your order, we hand over the finished pieces and show you how to combine and care for the clothes and shoes. We then arrange a follow-up to check that they meet your needs and have them cleaned. Your style consultant remains available throughout: you can contact them whenever you need help or advice.
